Twitch is recovering from its first main outage of 2023. Throughout the incident, the streaming web site confirmed clean pages for accounts or “an error has occurred,” which made it seem to some like a streamer deleted their account.
The Twitch outage affected each desktop and cellular customers, with iOS and Android customers seeing an “error loading adopted channels” when opening the app. The search function didn’t let Twitch cellular customers navigate to streamers, both.
The issues began at round 1:10PM ET, and Twitch marked the outage as resolved on its standing web page at 2:23PM ET. Throughout the incident, the corporate famous that the outage “might manifest in chat not working, login difficulties, search impaired, and so forth.”
