Netfflix's intense 'Starvation' trailer seems to be like 'The Menu' meets 'Whiplash'

Between The Menu and Boiling Level, cooks have had a tough time of it lately in films. And it is would not seem like it’s going to be getting higher anytime quickly.

The newest grim portrait of the occupation comes by way of the trailer for Kongdej Jaturanrasmee and Sitisiri Mongkolsiri’s Starvation, a narrative a few younger chef (Chutimon Chuengcharoensukying) who will get a job at an unique restaurant working beneath the disagreeable Chef Paul (Nopachai Jayanama).

Starvation is streaming on Netflix from April 8.
